How to store your LDE desserts?
To get the most out of your desserts, here are some storage tips.
To ensure the best taste experience, eat them within the first 48 hours.
Layer cakes & bento cakes
Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Store in their original box or in an airtight container. You can cut them into individual portions, wrap them in cling film, then place them in a box in the refrigerator or freezer (up to 1 month).
Take the cake out of the fridge 30 to 45 minutes before serving so that the cream and sponge cake are not too cold.
Cupcakes
Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Store in their original box or in an airtight container.
Remove from the fridge 15 to 20 minutes before eating so that the cream is more melty.
At room temperature, cookies and madeleines remain fresh and delicious for up to 10 days in their original packaging or in an airtight container.
You can freeze them for up to 5 months by wrapping them individually in cling film.

Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days
Remove the dessert from the fridge 20 minutes before serving.
