Do you take last-minute orders?
Depending on my schedule, I may sometimes be able to accept last-minute orders, with an additional fee. Feel free to contact me; I'll let you know if I have availability.
Can I modify my order after confirmation?
Minor changes (message, color, time, etc.) are possible up to 2 days before the pickup date, subject to availability. Beyond that, I cannot guarantee changes.
How do I choose the size of my cake?
You can choose based on the number of people when ordering.
I can also advise you if you prefer to contact me.
Do your pastries contain allergens?
Yes, my products may contain: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, etc. Even if some products do not contain them directly, there may be traces.
Do you offer delivery? Where can orders be collected?
Currently, I only offer order pickup in Ottawa.
Detailed information will be sent to you when you pay for the order.
How do I store my cake/pastries?
Cakes are generally stored in the refrigerator and should be taken out 30 to 45 minutes before serving, especially layer cakes. Cookies and madeleines can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container.
